If you're local to Carlisle and curious about therapy, or just fancy a gentle chat in the fresh air, come along to my weekly Walk & Talk group. We meet every Friday at 12:30 for a relaxed 30–45 minute stroll. You'll also be joined by my lovely dog, Bear, a beautifully natured cocker spaniel, who’s always happy to make new friends.
