Hello, I’m so glad you’re here. I’m a compassionate, down-to-earth therapist who truly believes in the strength and resilience of the people I work with. Therapy isn’t about having all the answers, it’s about creating a space where you feel safe enough to explore, reflect, and grow.
I’ve spent many years supporting people living with low mood, anxiety, and trauma. I specialise in working with people struggling to navigate illness and the emotional impact of living with physical health conditions, persistent pain, cancer, and the uncertainty that can come with these experiences. I also work with maternal health, supporting women through fertility challenges, pregnancy, loss, and the transition to motherhood.
What drives me is a deep belief in the healing power of human connection and the sharing of knowledge.
